Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there.
If you still haven’t received it or you are having trouble tracking your order please contact us and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (EEST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number and link to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.
If your order has already left our warehouse we can't change or cancel it anymore. In that case you are of course welcome to return your order.

After we’ve received your order, it takes 3-5 business days for handling and then 7-14 business days with Standard shipping for you to receive your products.
Shipping times vary depending on where you live, but we use only the quickest and most reliable shipping services.

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product description.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. If 7 days has elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us.
Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 14 day return policy at Nordic ProStore. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. If used items are returned a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

You can also return your purchase without our return label (with your own cost), but in that case it is required to provide the tracking number for our customer service.
Please note that if you have used our return label to return your order, we have deducted return shipping fee from your refund in accordance with our Returns policy.

Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product. We offer full 1-year warranty for all of our products. The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects.
